1. Your right to return
You may return any watch within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To start a return, email info@gohuos.co within the 14-day period with your order number. You may also use the withdrawal form at the end of this policy. Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the watch back.
2. Condition of returned items
Please return your watch unworn, in its original presentation box, with the guarantee card, manual, and all bracelet links. You may inspect the watch as you would in a shop, including trying it on. If a returned watch shows signs of wear, scratches, sizing marks, or missing parts, we will deduct an amount reflecting the loss in value, up to 35% of the purchase price. We assess every return individually and will tell you the deduction before issuing the refund.
3. Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the watch and for the parcel until it reaches us. Given the value of the item, we strongly recommend insured, tracked shipping. For your convenience, we offer a prepaid, fully insured return label for a flat €30, deducted from your refund. Email us to request one. Parcels sent without insurance that are lost or damaged in transit cannot be refunded.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the watch arriving back with us, less any deductions under sections 2 and 3. Original standard shipping is refunded in full. If you chose express shipping, only the standard rate is refunded.
5. Cancelling an order
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before dispatch by emailing info@gohuos.co. Once the order has shipped, please follow the return process above.
6. Items that cannot be returned
Engraved or personalised watches are made to order and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started. Gift cards are non-refundable.
7. Defective or incorrect items
If your watch arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs. Manufacturing defects that appear later are covered by our 2-year warranty.
8. Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return your watch under this policy and place a new order for the model you want.
