1. Where we ship
We ship to all EU member states.
2. Shipping cost
Standard shipping within the EU is free on every order.
3. Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days from dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
4. Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your watch is dispatched. If the link hasn't arrived within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us at info@gohuos.co.
5. Delivery and signature
Because of the value of our watches, most carriers will require a signature on delivery. If you're not home, the carrier will leave a notice or hold the parcel at a local collection point. Parcels not collected and returned to us will be refunded less the cost of return transport.
6. Customs and import duties
Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs charges.
7. Lost or damaged parcels
Every shipment is insured until it's delivered. If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation and send a replacement or refund.
8. Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. We can update an address up until dispatch. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded less the cost of the return transport.
