1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed through gohuos.co. By placing an order, you agree to them. The store is operated by PROVENTUS INTERNATIONAL LLC, trading as GOHUOS.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and ordering as a consumer for personal use. Orders placed for resale require our prior written agreement.
3. Products
All watches are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Specifications, including case size, water resistance, and movement, are listed on each product page. We reserve the right to change products or discontinue models at any time.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before dispatch if an error affects your order. You may then confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation email, which is when the contract is formed. The order confirmation sent immediately after checkout is a receipt of your order, not an acceptance. We may decline an order for reasons including stock availability, payment problems, or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order. Your payment details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we've received full payment.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Full details, including the withdrawal form, are in our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Warranty
Every GOHUOS watch is covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the date of delivery. The warranty covers the movement, case, dial, hands, and clasp. It does not cover normal wear, scratches, battery replacement, accidental damage, water damage from use beyond the stated rating, or damage from unauthorised repair or modification. To make a claim, email info@gohuos.co with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos. We'll repair or replace the watch, or refund it if neither is possible. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
10. Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under EU and national consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years.
11. Intellectual property
The GOHUOS name, logo, product designs, photographs, and website content are our property or used under licence. You may not copy or use them without written permission.
12. Liability
We are liable for death, personal injury, and damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence without limitation. In all other cases, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. This does not affect your statutory rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and do not agree to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
